a-With this notice, the Foundation intends to launch an informal non-binding procedure for the establishment of lists of external subjects suitable for the conferral of professional assignments in the context of specific projects of study, documentation, design, maintenance, restoration, scientific dissemination in support of projects for the conservation of Cultural Heritage that the Centre for the Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage has launched or intends to launch.

b-The list of suitable candidates will be valid until 31/12/2026. When the deadline expires, a new informal procedure will be launched for the formulation of a new list that will replace the one that expired on 31/12/2026.

c-This procedural session, organised to update the lists referred to in point b, will end on 31 January 2025 and is subject to annual republication. The names of the candidates deemed suitable will supplement the list of the previous notice. In addition, the candidates of the previous notice will be able to update their professional profile in case of new skills to report.

d-Candidates not deemed suitable in this session of the procedure may resubmit their expression of interest at the next session.

e-The JRC invites you to periodically monitor the site, on which the update of the ‘windows’ for sending will be published on a case-by-case basis, until the list referred to in point b expires.
