The participation fee for the whole event in Venaria Reale, Italy, at CCR premises (24-27 September 2024), is 350 euros, subject to availability.
Travel, accommodation, and food costs are borne by the participants. We recommend booking travel and accommodation in advance to find the most convenient solution.

rombo  SCHOLARSHIPS

The Fondazione Magnetto offers 4 scholarships to cover the participation in the entire programme in Venaria Reale, Italy, at CCR premises (24-27 September 2024), including travel, accommodation, and meals. 
Interested candidates in the scholarship need to apply for the Call for Training, submitting their CV and relevant project work on cultural accessibility.

How to apply for a scholarship

Candidates should follow these steps:

  1. Fill in the following form (https://www.centrorestaurovenaria.it/form/young-professionals-forum-2024) electronically by August 31, 2024.
  2. Attach your CV and the Project Work (maximum of 2 A4 pages). Both the CV and Project Work must be submitted in PDF format and in English.

     Please include the following information in your CV:

  • Personal information: full name, address, email address, gender, date of birth, phone number
  • Education
  • Relevant work experience
  • Level of English and Italian (if spoken)
     

rombo  PROJECT WORK

The project work should address the following points and be no longer than 2 pages:

  • Case study: Present a case study related to cultural accessibility. Provide a critical analysis of the selected theme, focusing on its strengths and points of improvement. You may attach photos if necessary.
  • Motivation: Explain why you chose this case study and why you want to join this workshop.
  • Goals: Describe your specific goals for participating in this course and what you hope to gain from the worksho
     

rombo  SELECTION CRITERIA

Candidates will be evaluated based on the following criteria.

  • Students or young professionals currently involved in activities related to the Forum topic and experience in the heritage field.
  • Special consideration will be given to applications that present a case study that directly involves the applicant in cultural accessibility projects with both public and private organisations.
  • Quality of submitted application forms, particularly the case studies provided.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Italian language skills (preferential)

Ahead of the start of the programme, participants will receive reading, listening, and watching materials.

The results of the initiative will be collected and shared with the interested community in written form and will be available on the CCR website.
